Hiyo!

Last week I finished Severance s2 with my wife! This has been an awesome series so far, and the season finale really delivered! Lots of conflict was resolved that was very masterfully built up and earned throughout the season. And then it ended in a way that definitely gives us ideas for how the next few seasons might go!

Harley Quinn Season 5 also ended on a pretty great note. They continue to expand who Harley and the gang are as people and expand the scope of their environment. This season they were in Metropolis, after Gotham’s crumbling got to a boiling point for them, and part of the season took place in space with Braniac, so it’s good to see them dealing with some of the more challenging villians too! I feel like this also opens them up to play with all of the DC universe over time, and put their more adult friendly spin on different characters.

I just finished Reacher Season 3 today, another solid ending. Reacher is a great “justice” show where you get to see some extremely bad guys get beat up/killed by someone who hates seeing people bully others. The dialog and plot has gotten better over the years, possibly from getting to know some of the characters and cadences over time, and they consistently deliver great action and visuals.

I’m still listening to Threedom, Still listening to the Misting Book as well. I’m excited for Season 8 of the Neighborhood listen to come back on April 1.

I’ve also been enjoying Daredevil Born Again, I started watching the Studio with my wife, and I’m looking forward to Doctor Who coming back in April!
